That's why our Technical Department offers our customers a free service to resolve any questions they may have regarding the use of Digital Tachographs and the most commonly used download tools such as Optac, Tachodrive, VDO, Stoneridge, and more.

 

We also offer our customers a remote support service, from which, by downloading a simple application, one of our technicians will be able to access your PC and resolve any questions via the Internet with our remote control application.

 

You can choose between ASGTrans_Support (Teamviewer) or AnyDesk. Both solutions have received top awards for quality and security from European organizations. This way, we can guarantee that both your client's data and our own will always be encrypted and codified, ensuring maximum security and quality in our service.

Download the client application (ASGTrans_Support or AnyDesk) and run it:

When you run the application, a window will appear with your "ID", you will only need Inform the Global Transportation Consulting and Services Technician of this customer "ID".

Step 3

Once you have provided your ID number, the Global Transportation Consulting and Services Technician will be ready to check your computer and resolve your questions or problems.
